Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Mandamus to issue suitable directions to the respondents 1 to 3 to dispose petitioner's representation dated 05.03.2025 in accordance with the provisions of TN Private School Regulation Act and pass orders.

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to issue suitable directions to the respondents 1 to 3 to dispose petitioner's representation dated 05.03.2025 in accordance with the provisions of TN Private School Regulation Act and pass orders. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in view of the maladministration of the 5th respondent, a representation was given to the respondents 1 to 3 on 05.03.2025. 2/5

At this juncture the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, submitted that in pursuance of the petitioner's representation dated 05.03.2025, they have initiated action and has called explanation from the concerned Head Master and he has also submitted his explanation on 04.06.2025. She would further submit that they would pass orders upon the representation of the petitioner within a reasonable time.
4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first, second and third respondents and perused the materials available on record.

In view of the above submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, without going into merits of the matter, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.03.2025, and pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. In the result, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
