Contempt petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act praying to punish the respondent for contempt of Court for willful disobedience and deliberate non compliance of the order dated 27.03.2023 passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.M.P.No.9243 of 2023 in W.P.No.9107 of 2023.

This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 27.03.2023 made in W.M.P.No.9243 of 2023 in W.P.No.9107 of 2023.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted 1/3

that this Court vide order dated 27.03.2023 passed by this Court in W.M.P.No.9243 of 2023 in W.P.No.9107 of 2023 directed the respondent to pay a sum of Rs.20,000/- per month towards interim maintenance to the petitioner, however, the respondent complied with the order only upto October, 2023 and thereafter the respondent did not pay the interim maintenance.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that as on 04.09.2024, the respondent transferred a sum of Rs.1,60,000/- to the petitioner and produced the receipt for perusal of this Court and further submitted that the respondent will continue to pay the interim maintenance as per the order dated 27.03.2023 passed by this Court in W.M.P.No.9243 of 2023 in W.P.No.9107 of 2023.
