CRL.M.P.No.7216 of 2016 in CRL.A.SR.No.27700 of 2016 P.VELMURUGAN.J, This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 59 days in filing the Crl.A.Sr.No.27700 of 2016 against the Judgment dated 30.10.2015 in C.C.No.44 of 2009 on the file of the IX Additional Special Court CBI Cases, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection to allow the petition.

4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, both the petitions are allowed.
