Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the impugned order of the third respondent dated 11.7.2014 bearing Lr.No.CFC/FC/REV/AAO/HT/D.419/2014 and the consequent impugned demand of the fifth respondent bearing Lr.No.SE/CEDC/C/DFC/AAO/HT/DAS/479/2015 dated 14.10.2015 and quash the same as being arbitrary, illegal and without authority of law and contrary to the provisions of the Electricity Act 2003 and consequently direct the second respondent to make payment for the banked units for the years 2011-12 and 2012-13 which remain due and pending together with further interest thereon at 18% p.a., from the due date of payment.
