Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the claims of the petitioner and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 06.12.2019 in regard to counting the petitioner's regular service from 01.08.1994 as qualifying service for the purpose of pension and grant full pension.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the claims of the petitioner and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 06.12.2019.

2. The petitioner who claims that his services should be regularized from 01.08.1984 in pursuant to the recommendation of the District Collector, Trichy dated 05.01.1990, has given a representation to the first respondent to regularize his service from 01.08.1994 on which date he is said to have been completed ten years of service. Since the said

representation has not been considered and no order has been passed so far, I feel the respondent should be directed to consider the representation and pass order within a time frame.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed with a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.12.2019 and dispose the same in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
