2. The learned counsel for the petitioners placed reliance upon the Enquiry Notice issued in both the cases.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that due to non-appearance of the petitioners, enquiry conducted in both the cases was closed on 03.06.2013 and 10.06.2013 respectivley.

4. In view of the same, these writ petitions stand disposed of by directing the second respondent to once again furnish the copies of the orders dated 03.06.2013 and 10.06.2013 to the petitioners respectively within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After the receipt of the said orders, the petitioners can workout their remedies in accordance with law. No costs.
