ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a limited relief. The petitioner seeks an early disposal of O.S.No.10 of 2024, pending on the file of the Principal District Court, Ranipet.
2. Since no adverse order is passed against the respondents in this civil revision petition, notice to the respondents is dispensed with by this Court.
3. The petitioner claims that the suit filed by them is a commercial suit against the respondents seeking recovery of money. According to the petitioner, the trial commenced as early as in the month of August, 2025. But, till date, there is no progress in the cross-examination of the plaintiff's witness in the suit. According to the petitioner, several adjournments have been granted for cross-examination of the plaintiff's witness by the court below. In such circumstances, this Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking early disposal of the suit in O.S.No.10 of 2024.

4. No prejudice would be caused to any of the parties, if a direction is issued to the Principal District Court, Ranipet, to dispose of the suit, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Being a commercial suit, necessarily, the suit will have to be disposed of as expeditiously as possible.
5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of by directing the Principal District Court, Ranipet, to complete the cross-examination of P.W.1 and dispose of the suit in O.S.No.10 of 2024, within a period of eight (8) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
