These petitions are filed (i) to bring on record the respondents 1 to 7 as the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent namely Lakshmi in the above second appeal and (ii) to bring on record the petitioners 2 and 3 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent namely Lakshmi in the above second appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. Mr.V.Nicholas, learned counsel, undertakes to file vakalath on behalf of the impleading respondents and stated no objection for allowing the petition.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are ordered. 18.07.2025 AT Note: Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title and list the second appeal on 22.08.2025.
