ORDER

This Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to set aside the impugned award dated 05.08.2008 in Arbitration No.F and O/C - 0025/2008 passed by the second, third and fourth respondents.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that during the pendency of

the present petition, a supplemental arbitral award has been passed and the same has been acted upon and therefore, no further order is required to be passed in this petition. He has also filed a copy of the memo enclosing a copy of the supplemental award dated 12.01.2011.

3. In such view of the matter, this Original Petition is dismissed. No costs.
