This writ petition was posted on 29.10.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners and as such the matter was posted today i.e., 02.11.2021 under the caption "for dismissal".
2. Today, when the matter is called again there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. It shows that the petitioners are not interested to pursue the matter further. Hence, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the same.
