The present applications have been filed by the applicant to extend the period for arbitration by six months to enable the arbitrator to complete the arbitration process and pass an award.

2. The learned counsels appearing for the respondents have no objection to extend the time.

3. However, considering the stage on which the arbitral proceedings are at, this Court is inclined to extend the time for a further period of three (3) months from today. The learned Arbitrator is requested to complete the proceedings and pass an Award within the said period of three (3) months and the respective parties are also directed to co-operate with the learned Arbitrator.
