The present petition is filed under Order XXII Rule 4 of Code of Civil Procedure, to bring on record the respondents 3 to 8 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent in the second appeal and rank them as respondents 4 to 9 in the Second Appeal in S.A.No.708 of 2007.

2.The learned counsel for the respondents did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed. 3.The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments in the Second Appeal No.708 of 2007 and list the matter for final hearing after four weeks.
