A.No.2795 of 2022 in C.S.DR.No.70481 of 2022 A.No.2795 of 2022 in C.S.DR.No.70481 of 2022 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY.J., This application has been filed, seeking to grant the applicant/plaintiff leave to sue properties mentioned in the schedule which is situated outside the jurisdiction namely item-3, item-4, item-5 and item6, in a suit for partition.

2. The suit schedule properties namely item-3, item-4, item-5 and item-6 are the agricultural lands situated at the District of Tirupati and Chittoor in the State of Andhra Pradesh, which is outside the jurisdiction of this Court and the main schedule mentioned properties namely item-1 and item-2 are situated in Chennai, for which, this Court has jurisdiction to effect the partition. Hence, the applicant/plaintiff prays to grant the leave to sue the schedule mentioned properties namely item-3, item-4, item-5 and item-6 .

3. Considering the facts and circumstances and submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant/plaintiff, in the interest of justice, this Court is inclined to allow this application.
