This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 27.06.2012, passed by this Court in W.P.No.16156 of 2012, thereby directing the first respondent to consider the claim of the petitioner in the light of the earlier order passed by this Court, within a period of three months.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and the government passed order in G.O.(Ms).No.213 dated 02.12.2022. He also produced a copy of the said G.O., before this Court. 3.
