Common Prayer:- Contempt petitions have been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order of this Court rendered in W.P.Nos.16158 & 16157 of 2012, respectively, dated 27.06.2012.

For Petitioner : Mr.R.Saseetharan For Respondents : Mr.L.S.M.Hasan Fizal Additional Government Pleader COMMON ORDER These Contempt Petitions have been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 27.06.2012, passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.16157 & 16158 of 2012, thereby directing the first respondent to consider the claim of the petitioners in the light of the earlier order passed by this Court, within a period of three months. 2.
The learned appearing for the petitioners submitted that though part of the order has been complied with by the respondents, the pension proposal yet to be sent by first respondent.

Considering the above submission, the first respondent is directed to send the pensionary proposal with recommendation letter to the Accountant General, Chennai, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. After passing order by the Accountant
General, the respondent is directed to disburse the pensionary benefits to the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks thereafter. 4.
With the above directions, both the Contempt Petitions are closed.
