This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.11711 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.5347 of 2023 dated 16.08.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the said submission and reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.
