Nos.23059 & 24899 of 2006 dated 20.07.2012.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent brought to knowledge of this Court that against common order dated 20.07.2012 passed in W.P. Nos.23059 & 24899 of 2006, writ appeal in W.A.No.555 of 2014 has been filed before a Division Bench of this Court and interim stay order dated 25.11.2014 in M.P. No.1 of 2014 in W.A.No.555 of 2014 is made absolute. Further, the Writ appeal is pending before this Court for final disposal. A copy of the order passed in W.A. No.555 of 2014 and M.P. No.1 of 2014 is produced before this Court. 2/3
