ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to re-issue the mark sheets with corrections of his surname as per the new Birth Certificate of the petitioner based on the representation dated 25.04.2024 within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. This Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.04.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
