ORDER

Seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case against the proposed said persons and investigate the matter according to law on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner to the respondents on 04.03.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.It appears that on the complaint given by the wife of the petitioner, a case in Crime No.29/2015 for offence under Sections 420 & 468 I.P.C., has been registered. Now, the petitioner herein has given the present complaint implicating three other persons for the very same allegations, which is not maintainable. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the above, the direction as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed however, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
