ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to register an FIR against the said persons based on the complaint dated 19.03.2015 given by the petitioner, pending in CSR No.212 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and I have also perused the records carefully.

3. It is seen that on the complaint given by the petitioner, the police are conducting enquiry in CSR.No.212 of 2015.

4. The police shall conduct an enquiry and complete the same and either register a case or drop action expeditiously. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
