When the matter was taken up today for hearing, Mr.L.Chandrakumar learned counsel appearing for petitioner on instructions submits that though the suspension order was issued on the petitioner for certain allegations, however that suspension order was revoked on 28.05.2014. Hence nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. Accordingly he prays for closed the present writ petition.
