This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition in paragraph No.6(b) in Crl.O.P.No.11690 of 2023, order dated 18.05.2023.

2.Heard both sides.

4.Considering the averments made in the petition filed in support of his claim and also taking into account the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner the condition in paragraph No.6(b) is modified as follows:

"(b)the petitioner shall report before the jurisdictional Court daily at 10.30 am for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation."
