ORDER

With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to dispose of the petitioners representation dated 7.8.2023 to give compensation to the petitioner schedule mention property.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent 1, 3, 4 and 5 and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent and perused the materials available on record.

4. The case of the writ petitioner is that she is the absolute owner of the subject property to an extent of 2400 sq.ft. out of which 1920 sq.ft. has 2/5

been acquired for construction of National Highways. As compensation has not been determined for the land acquired from the petitioner, the petitioner gave a representation to the respondents on 07.08.2023. However no action has been taken by the respondents to determine compensation for the land acquired from the petitioner. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

5. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that they will consider the representation of the petitioner and pass Orders on the same.

6. In such view of the matter, the respondents 1 to 4 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.08.2023 and pass Orders on the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Court.

7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
