Heard Mr.N.Suresh, learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.

2. This civil revision petition is filed seeking for a direction to the learned Judge, Family Court, Puducherry to dispose of M.O.P.No.378 of 2017, within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

3. The petitioner/husband has filed M.O.P.No.378 of 2017 seeking divorce against the respondent/wife. The proceedings of the docket sheets pertaining to this case show that pleadings have been completed and most of the times both the parties were absent, for sometimes respondent was absent and for sometimes the petitioner was absent and never this matter was posted for enquiry.

4. Considering the circumstances, the learned Judge, Family Court, Puducherry is directed to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible, not later than, six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
