O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, seeks permissions of this Court to withdraw this writ petition, with liberty to pursue W.P.M.P.No.173 of 2016 in W.P.No.281 of 2016 filed by her. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle today to that effect.

2. This Court heard the submission of the learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 1 and 5 and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 2 and 4.

3. In the light of the endorsement made, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The liberty sought for by the petitioner is granted. No costs. Consequently, the connected WMP is closed.
