O R D E R
The petitioners made individual representations dated 24.9.2015 to respondents No.1 and 2 by enclosing number of documents to show the factum of their possession and sought for issuance of patta in respect of the respective properties in their possession, which are situate in S.No.15/2 of Krishnapuram village, Ginjee, Villupuram District. As the said representations were not considered, the present writ petitions have been filed by the petitioners.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3. Considering the facts of the case, without going into the merits of the same, the 2nd respondent is hereby directed to pass appropriate orders on the pending representations dated 24.9.2015 made by the petitioners within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners.
The writ petitions are disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
