ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for direction to the 2nd respondent police to register FIR based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 26.06.2021 in C.S.R.No.234 of 2021

2. A reading of the complaint shows that there are rival complaints and a Suit is also pending before the Civil Court. The litigants after the order of injunction dated 23.06.2017, have demolished the compound wall of the petitioner's property https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and thereby, they have violated the order of the Civil Court for which they cannot invoke Section 482 Cr.P.C.

3. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
