The matter is listed under the caption for being mentioned, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though this Court had directed payment of arrears of 17-B wages from the date of filing of the writ petition till the date of payment of 17-B wages, the same was not incorporated in the order dated 07.03.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent does not dispute the same. Therefore a direction is issued to the respondent to pay the arrears of 17-B wages from the date of filing of the writ petition till the date of payment of 17-B wages within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
