Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to nominate an investigating officer to take further action based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 13.05.2024 and 08.06.2024 in accordance with law.

Alleging that the Police has not taken any action on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 13.05.2024, the present Writ Petition is filed.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that after making preliminary enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner, the case has been registered in Crime No.140 of 2024, dated 15.06.2024 against three persons for the 2/4

offences punishable under Sections 498, 406 and 506(i) of IPC and the matter is under investigation. Therefore, there is no necessity to pass any order as prayed in this petition.
