This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, for a direction to the respondents to register a case for alleged offences, based on the complaint dated 14.11.2013 of the petitioner and to investigate the case. Pursuant to the complaint, neither has any case been registered nor an investigation conducted. Hence, the petitioner has preferred the present petition, seeking a direction to register the case.

3. Learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submits that in respect of the same matter two complaints have been preferred, one before the second respondent and another before https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Guduvancherry Police station. On the complaint filed before the Guduvancherry Police station, a case stands registered in Crime No.1157 of 2013. Recording the same, the criminal original petition stands closed.
