ORDER

Seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 18.02.2015 and file a final report, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3.It is seen that the petitioner has lodged a complaint dated 18.02.2015 against the Sub Inspector of Police making allegations calling his caste name. It is represented that the Special Sub Inspector of Police has registered a case in Crime No.376 of 2014 for offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 448, 324, 427, and 506(ii), and 380 IPC. As a counter blast, the said complaint has been given. Under these circumstances, no positive direction can be given to the respondent Police to register the case. Accordingly, this petition is closed.
