ORDER

This writ petition has been filed praying to issue a direction to the 1st respondent bank to issue the No Objection Certificate in respect of the Cash Credit facility availed in Current Account No.7789594868,

which has been fully discharged, within such time as may be fixed by this Court 2.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, if the petitioner discharged the entire cash credit facility availed from the first respondent with interest as agreed by the petitioner, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's request and to pass appropriate orders on the said request within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
