[RC MA1 2005 A 0028] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.14082/2016 in Crl.A.No.865/2016 dated 12.01.2017 by this Honorable Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.JOHN SATHYAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SRINIVASAN SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CBI CASES on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed for relaxation of condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.14082 of 2016 in Crl.A.No.865 of 2016 dated 12.01.2017.

2.Heard both sides.

3. This court while granting bail to the petitioners, pending Criminal Appeal, directed the petitioners to appear before the XI Additional Special Judge for CBI Cases , Chennai once in every month on the first working day at 10.30 a.m. until further Orders.

4. The learned Special Public Prosecutor, for CBI cases submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

5. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioner appear before the XI Additional Special Judge for CBI Cases , Chennai, once in six months, i.e, on the first working day of January and June until further orders.
