ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the second and third respondents to withdraw both FIR/complaint registered against the petitioner and file as single FIR of the first respondent in Crime No.131 of 2021 on the file of the City Crime Branch, Unit-2, Chennai.

The case of the petitioner is that based on the complaint given by one of the victims on the allegation of job racketing, the first respondent police namely, the City Crime Branch, Unit-2, Chennai, registered a case against the petitioner and others on 16.12.2021 in Crime No.131 of 201 for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 465, 468 and Section 34 of IPC. Subsequently, another case was registered by the second respondent namely District Crime 2/6
Branch, Tirunelveli, in Crime No.10 of 2022. While so, now the petitioner is in receipt of summons from the District Crime Branch, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil on the basis of a direction issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Nagercoil in Crl.M.P.No.12 of 2025 dated 30.01.2025 and enquiry is pending. The petitioner is being threatened to part with a huge amount to avoid registration of a criminal case. Hence, the present petition is filed to club all the cases registered against the petitioner for the same set of allegations.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents police submitted that already the investigation has been completed in Crime No.131 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent/City Crime Branch, Unit-2, Chennai and charge sheet has also been filed and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.120 of 2024 and the same is at the summon stage. The second case in Crime No.10 of 2022 has been registered by the second respondent namely District Crime Branch, Tirunelveli, on 23.07.2022 and that the third complaint lodged before the third respondent/District Crime Branch, 3/6
Kanyakumari has not been registered.
4. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.
5. It is seen that already the charge sheet has been filed in respect of the first complaint, registered by the first respondent police and the same has also been taken on file. The second case, registered by the second respondent police is also similar in nature ands the cause of action is same. Therefore, considering the above facts and circumstances, the case pending before the second respondent, is directed to be transfered to the first respondent. On receipt of the same, the first respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file the charge sheet within a period of two months thereafter.
6. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
