The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner made a submission that the matter has been settled between the parties and in this regard, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted the copy of the letter dated 29.01.2016, issued by the Management. Thus, no further adjudication is required in the Writ petition.
