This petition is filed for modification to modify the condition imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Mettur in CMP.1502 of 2020 in S.C. No.313 of 2021 dated 04.12.2020 in so far as the Condition No.2 that one surety

must be a blood surety.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/accused and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent/Police.

Considering the submissions made on either side, the 2nd condition imposed as against the petitioner in C.M.P.No.1502 of 2020 in S.C.No.313 of 2021 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Mettur order dated 04.12.2020 i.e., "Among two sureties one surety must be a blood surety of the petitioner" is modified to the effect that the petitioner/accused shall execute two sureties of ordinary nature. The other conditions imposed by the Court below in the above said order shall stand unaltered.
