ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's application bearing Registration No.18020098918 and provisionally select and appoint him to the post of Forest Guard with Driving Licence.

2.Heard Mr.Deepan Uday, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Elumalai, learned Government Advocate for the respondent.

3.With consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner, being an eligible candidate applied for the post of Forest Guard with Driving Licence in the year 2018, on seeing the notification dated 06.10.2018, published by the Tamil Nadu Forest Uniformed Services Recruitment Committee for the post of Forest Guard and Forest Guard with Driving Licence. However, his application was rejected for the sole reason that the First Aid Certificate produced by him was an invalid one and the same was communicated to the petitioner. Challenging the same, the present writ petition has been filed.

5.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that without challenging the rejection order, the petitioner has filed this present writ petition. 6.Considering the fact that without challenging the rejection order the petitioner has filed this writ petition, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. 7.Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed and liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
