(Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,) Captioned 'Criminal Miscellaneous Petition' [hereinafter 'Crl MP' for the sake of convenience and clarity] has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of Tamil translation of page No.9 of original of grounds of detention passed by the second respondent dated 04.11.2022 bearing reference C.O.C.No.50/2022.

2. Mr.A.Saranraj, learned counsel on record for the petitioner is before us.

3. Mr.E.Raj Thilak, learned State Additional Public Prosecutor accepts notice for the respondent.

4. . Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, nature of the matter and taking into account the fact that a photocopy of Tamil translation of page No.9 of grounds of detention has been filed, the reason given i.e., the original was misplaced, is accepted.
