1578/2016 on the file of the XIX Additional City Civil Court, Chennai (in CMP.No.18738/2019) pending disposal of the above AS.No.619/2019. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.N.ANBAZHAGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.N.RAMESH, ADVOATE on behalf of the respondents the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner / appellant made a submission that they have filed a compliance report in respect of the conditional interim order granted by this Court on 04.09.2019 in CMP.No.18738 of 2019 in AS.No.619 of 2019. Accordingly, 75% of the decree amount has been deposited. Thus, the interim stay granted by this Court on 04.09.2019 is made absolute.
