This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 04.04.2014 passed by this Court in W.P.No.8328 of 2013, thereby setting aside the order passed by the second respondent and also directing the first respondent to look into the matter in respect of issuance of patta and to initiate departmental action as against the second respondent.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent conducted enquiry and restored the patta in favour of the petitioner's daughter on 11.09.2014 itself. He also produced a copy of the patta stands in the name of the petitioner's daughter.
