JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by SATISH K.AGNIHOTRI, J.) This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed challenging the judgment and decree dated 10 July 2012 rendered in M.O.P.No.284 of 2007 on the file of the Family Court at Puducherry. 2.With the consent of the parties, on 10 December 2013, a Division Bench of this Court, referred this matter to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

3.Today, it is reported that the dispute has been settled by Mediation Agreement dated 10 February 2015. The said Mediation Report is submitted before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this Appeal.
