The present Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.06.2020 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

When the petition is taken up for hearing on 05.06.2023, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence the case was ordered to be listed on 07.06.2023 and on 07.06.2023 also, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence the matter was ordered to be listed on 12.06.2023 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today, viz., 12.06.2023, there is no representation for the petitioner either in-person or through learned counsel.

3. In view of the above, the present Writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
