This petition is filed by the petitioner Department to modify the order dated 27.02.2017 made in WP No.27145 of 2013 in granting relief to the writ petitioners on par with the petitioner S.Saraswathy in WP No.25556 of 2013, if the writ petitioners are otherwise qualified.

The above petition filed by the petitioner Department is not maintainable since the petitioner Department seeks nothing but to review the order passed in the writ petition. Therefore, this petition cannot be entertained and the same is liable to the dismissed. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
