O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's applications pending in C.Pa.No.167/2019 and C.Pa.No.168/ 2019 dated 01.11.2019 for issuing birth certificates to his children.

2. The petitioner submitted an application seeking birth certificate for his children. Birth Certificates are to be issued by following the procedures as contemplated under the provisions of the Registration of the Births and Deaths Act, 1969.

3. In view of the facts that the application submitted by the petitioner has not been disposed of, the respondents are directed to dispose of the applications submitted by the petitioner by following the procedures

as contemplated within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
