ORDER
This writ petition has been filed praying to issue a direction to the 3rd respondent to take action against the respondents 4 to 6 based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 16.03.2026. 2.
The learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) appearing for respondents 1 to 3 submitted that on receipt of the complaint, the third respondent conducted a detailed enquiry and during the enquiry, the third respondent found that the dispute between the petitioner and respondents 4 to 6 is civil in nature and therefore, the third respondent closed the complaint.

Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
