This petition has been filed praying to call for the records in C.C.No.24 of 2009, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruthuraipoondi and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the accused who faced prosecution in C.C.No.24 of 2009, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruthuraipoondi, was acquitted under Judgement dated 13.03.2012.
