petitioners submitted that the property in dispute has been registered. Hence, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication and the matter has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.

2. In view of the above submission coupled with an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
