ORDER
(Made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondents for the willful disobedience of the orders of this Court in W.P.No.24212 of 2021 dated 15.11.2021 under the provisions of Contempt of Courts Act.
2. A report has been filed by the third respondent, wherein it is stated that pursuant to the directions of this Court in the contempt petition, notices were issued to the aggrieved parties, Executive officer of the Temple and officials of the Corporation. A joint survey was conducted in the property in question and found that there are encroachments in the said property in question. Since there is an order of status quo in another writ petition in WP.No.8175 of 2022 with regard to the property in question, the respondent Corporation is not able to take necessary action for removal of the said encroachment as directed by this Court.
3. In view of the above, contempt petition is closed with liberty to file 3/5
fresh contempt petition, if necessary.
