This petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the second respondent to register an F.I.R. on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner on 22.12.2014.

2. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner is not appearing for enquiry and if the petitioner appear for enquiry, after obtaining statements, further action will be taken by the respondent police.

3. Considering the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the respondent police for enquiry and the respondent police is directed to register a case if cognizable offence is made out, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
