This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 21.09.2020 wherein the petitioner is opposing the grant of electricity connection to the third respondent.

2. Heard Mr.M.J.Sundar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Vinod Pandian, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the .respondents 1 and 2.

petition, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the objection made by the petitioner on 21.09.2020 as and when any application is made by the third respondent seeking for electricity connection with respect to the subject property. The second respondent can call the petitioner as well as the third respondent for an enquiry and thereafter, take a decision in accordance with law.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. No costs.
